World War II Victory

Established on July 6, 1945, the World War II Victory Medal Ribbon honors members of the United States Armed Forces who carried out duty between the dates of December 7, 1941 and December 31, 1946 inclusive. It was initially awarded as a ribbon alone, with the addition of the medal in 1946.

United Nations Mission in Haiti

Participation in the training of Haitian National Police is also eligible for the award.
