History
The United States Air Force Commemorative Ribbon is intended to recognize those who have carried out honorable service in the U.S. Air Force.
Details
The medal features the Air Force Coat of Arms surrounded by blue enamel and thirteen stars; it is encircled by an inscription reading "UNITED STATES AIR FORCE." The ribbon is divided into two equal sections of yellow and blue with thin vertical stripes of red, white, and blue on each edge and in the center.
