The Vietnam Tet Offensive Commemorative Medal is intended to recognize United States military personnel who carried out service in the Vietnam War’s Tet offensive.
The medal features the image of a Vietnamese fortress and a smaller structure in the foreground. Clouds encircle the bottom portion of the medal, and text at the top reads "TET 1968." The ribbon is green and features alternating thin vertical stripes in the center: four yellow and three thinner and red. Each edge features thin vertical stripes of blue, white, and red.
