The Vietnam War 50th Anniversary Commemorative Medal is intended to recognize members of the United States military who carried out service in the Vietnam War.
Details
The medal features bamboo branches and a color image of the ribbon itself. A green ring encircling the image reads “VIETNAM WAR 50TH ANNIVERSARY.” The ribbon features four yellow vertical stripes alternating with three thinner red stripes, flanked by a green stripe on either side. On the right edge are thin vertical stripes in blue, white, and red, and on the left black and white.
