Established on January 2, 1997, the Indiana National Guard Recruiting Ribbon honors Indiana National Guard members who carry out qualifying service in a recruiting capacity. To be eligible, Army National Guard members must achieve their designated recruiting goals for three consecutive months, and Air National Guard members must meet or exceed 115 percent of their recruiting assignment in a single year.
