The New Jersey National Guard Unit Strength Ribbon honors New Jersey National Guard units that maintain strength of 100 percent in a given year from October 1 to September 30. To qualify, the unit must achieve an attendance rate at scheduled training assemblies of at least 80 percent; further, the unit must attain a 75 percent rate of reenlistment during the same year.

The Nevada National Guard Resource Protection Ribbon honors Nevada National Guard members who have completed at least one year of training for the Resource Protection Team.
