Army Outstanding Civilian Service Award
Established in 1959, the Army Outstanding Civilian Service Award Medal Ribbon is issued to civilian individuals who provide outstanding service or make major contributions to the United States Army.
Army of Cuban Occupation
Established on June 28, 1915, the Army of Cuban Occupation Medal honors United States military members who carried out qualifying service in Cuba between the dates of July 18, 1898 and May 20, 1902 in the aftermath of the Spanish-American War.
Army Exceptional Public Service Award
Established in June 1998, the Army Exceptional Public Service Award honors civilians who provide outstanding service or contributions to advance objectives of the Department of the Army. Civilian employees and contractors for the United States Armed Forces are not eligible.
Army Exceptional Civilian Service Award
Established on December 29, 1945, the Army Decoration for Exceptional Civilian Service recognizes sustained conduct or service of unusual merit.
Army Distinguished Civilian Service Award
Established in May of 1956, the Army Decoration for Distinguished Civilian Service honors individuals who have made substantial contributions to the Armed Forces but are not eligible for the Army’s Honorary Awards. Neither Army civilian employees nor personnel are eligible.
Army Commanders Award for Public Service
Established in 1983, the Army Commander’s Award for Public Service Medal recognizes civilians who have made significant contributions to supporting Armed Forces operations through demeanor or accomplishment.
Armed Forces Civilian Service
Established on August 22, 1997, the Armed Forces Civilian Service Medal honors civilian employees of the Department of Defense who provide support to military forces or who participate in long-term peacekeeping or humanitarian operations under similar circumstances as members of the uniformed military.
Oregon National Guard Exceptional Service
The Oregon National Guard Exceptional Service Medal honors Oregon National Guard members who distinguish themselves from their peers through outstanding service.
Oregon National Guard Faithful Service
The Oregon National Guard Faithful Service Ribbon honors Oregon National Guard members who have honorably carried out service; individuals become eligible after being in active for at least one year.
Oregon National Guard Meritorious Service
The Oregon Meritorious Service Medal honors Oregon National Guard members who carry out exceptional service in excess of normal expectations.
